My name is Darrin DeBard.  I am a systems administrator by day... and prefer Unix. BTW... Chics dig Unix! I like to write/record music whenever I get the chance.  I very much like to collaborate with other artists so if you have an interest in doing such send me an email.  I am NOT into fashion... I dress for comfort. I don’t care what the sound of the day is, if it sounds good do it!  I tend to like harder rock mixed with tecnho’ish, synthy sounds and effects.  I am not much of a singer and I have about a 2 octave range, hehe... but if I cannot find someone else to sing my songs I will tell the story anyway. My way. 

Musically, I am mostly a drummer.  I jam on digital rolands in the studio. I also love to make noise with any instrument I can get my hands on. I am a master of none and jack of all. I like it that way.  I tend to be conservative with a few twists. I trust everybody... but I do not trust the evil inside us all. My favorite artists include, but are not limited to, The Crystal Method, Kid Rock, Soul Coughing, Pink Floyd, Roger Waters, Joe Walsh, Zeppilin, Ugly Kid Joe, Chevelle and Godsmack. I am sure I left some out. There probably isn’t room to list them all here anyway.

I drive a PS/B Mini Cooper S and dig the shit out of it! While making the Arcanum CD, I jammed on it a bunch in my Mini Cooper with the high end Harmon Kardon Audio package so... if you have the same setup, the mix will kick ass in it!  I use the H/K Mini preset in mine (with the bass at about 3/8 or so and the treble almost cranked) The mini is a fun scooter!  I hope you enjoy my tunes...
